To gain the best suction power from our tableware products, it is advised to place them on a flat and smooth surface such as plastic, tile, glass, fibreglass or metal. Textured surfaces will result to poor suction power.

1. Clean the appropriate chosen surface
2. Clean the product’s suction itself
3. Grab both sides of the suction and press firmly
